INGREDIENTS
Crust
1box Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
1/2cup graham cracker crumbs (8 graham cracker squares, finely crushed)
1/4cup sugar3tablespoons butter, melted
Filling
1/2cup marshmallow creme
2tablespoons cream cheese, softened (1 oz)
2tablespoons sugar
1/2cup chocolate chips.
DIRECTIONS
1 Heat oven to 425°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. 2 Unroll pie crusts. With 3-inch round cutter, cut 10 rounds from each crust. In small shallow bowl, mix cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup sugar. Brush both sides of pie crust rounds with butter; dip into crumb mixture to coat. 3 Place 10 coated pie crust rounds on cookie sheet. Stir together filling ingredients. Spoon about 1 heaping tablespoon filling in center of each of the 10 rounds. Place remaining pie crust rounds on top of the filling on each. Pinch edges to seal. 4 Bake 9 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature. Store covered in refrigerator.
Prep Time: 20 Min
Total Time: 1 Hr
Makes: 16 to 20 pie pops
INGREDIENTS
1tablespoon Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
1box Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
About 1/2 cup cherry pie filling (from 21-oz can)
16to 20 lollipop sticks1egg, beaten3tablespoons turbinado sugar (raw sugar).
DIRECTIONS
1 Heat oven to 425°F. Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray, or line with silicone baking mats. 2 Sprinkle flour on work surface. Unroll pie crusts onto surface. Using 3-inch wide drinking glass or cookie cutter, cut rounds from crusts; place on cookie sheet. (Leftover pastry can be rolled in a ball and rolled out with a rolling pin. Cut to make additional rounds.) 3 To make each pie pop, lightly press lollipop stick into crust round so that it rests in center. Top each round with 1/2 teaspoon pie filling; cover with second crust round. With fork or lollipop stick, press around edges to seal. Brush tops of pops with beaten egg; sprinkle with sugar. 4 Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheets; cool completely on cooling racks. .Any pie filling will work for this recipe.
If you want to double the recipe, one 21-ounce can is more than enough pie filling for 2 boxes of pie crusts..
INGREDIENTS
1roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated sugar cookies
1package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3cup sugar
1/2teaspoon vanilla
2 kiwifruit, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced1cup halved or quartered fresh strawberries
1cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2cup apple jelly
DIRECTIONS
1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. In pan, break up cookie dough; press dough evenly in bottom of pan to form crust. Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. 2 In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Spread mixture over cooled crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese. Stir jelly until smooth; spoon or brush over fruit. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour. To serve, cut into wedges or squares. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pizza. .For best results, keep the cookie dough very cold until you're ready to use it.
To decrease the amount of fat in this recipe, use light cream cheese instead of regular.
INGREDIENTS
7cups fresh or frozen (partially thawed) sliced peeled peaches (about 3 pounds)
1 1/4cups sugar
1/4cup quick-cooking tapioca
1/4teaspoon cornstarch
1/4teaspoon ground cinnamon
2tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1box Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
1/2teaspoon all-purpose flour2tablespoons peach preserves or jelly.
DIRECTIONS
1 Heat oven to 425°F. In large bowl, mix peaches, sugar, tapioca, cornstarch, cinnamon and lemon juice. Let stand 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2 Meanwhile, unroll 1 pie crust on work surface. Sprinkle both sides lightly with flour; place in ungreased 9-inch glass pie plate. Spoon peach mixture into crust-lined plate. Press firmly against side and bottom. Top with second crust and flute; cut slits in several places. 3 Cover crust edge with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning; bake 20 minutes. Remove foil; brush with preserves. Bake 20 to 30 minutes longer or until golden brown. Cool at least 2 hours before serving. .Julie Gonzalez of Okeana, Ohio, won 1st Place with this recipe at the Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust Pie Baking Championship, 2009 Ohio State Fair.
If you'd rather, 1/8 tsp. nutmeg can be substituted for the cinnamon for a subtle nutty flavor..

I'm behind on blogging by far! Let's see I lost my mail keys and had to pay $25 to replace them and my camera just dissapeared off my dresser a week ago so all of my pictures I was going to use to blog are gone.. gee I wonder if the 20 month old has them stashed together somewhere? haha
Yesterday was the first day back to school for my oldest two! My oldest Aidan is in 3rd grade! Man how time has flown by! It just doesn't seem like time for him to be in 3rd grade at all. He's still so small! He had a wonderful first day back and loved his new class.
My 2nd child is now in 1st grade! He loved his new class as well but was a litle dissapointed all of his friends were in another class. He's TAG this year so he wound up being split up but I think he will have fun and make new friends.
My 3rd child started her first year this year! She is in prek and man was she ready to leave me by far! She didn't even hesitate when we went to drop her off! She's one of the hardest to get up in the mornings and daddy woke her up and told her it was time to go to school and she jumped right up full of excitement! Daddy did pretty well with seeing her off too lol She had a grat first day and loved it!
I made alien pancakes for their back to school breakfast this morning. They loved that! I colored them green, used giant marshmallows for eyes topped with chocolate chips and chocolate chips for the mouth!
