My 2nd child had his 7th birthday this week! He doesn't actually turn 7 for another week but we had his party a little earlier since everyone was going on spring break and then we were moving and he wanted to share the fun with his friends here in Texas!
He wanted to have a wrestling cake so mamma tackled it herself and made a square cake with sticks for the poles, marshmallows on the poles and pull apart liqorish for the ropes! I think it turned out pretty good for someone who is by far not a cake decorator lol it was a lot better making it for $5 vs the $80 they wanted to charge me to have one made! And we all know how I am on cakes and have for years paid that because the cake is a big thing but I am having a lot of fun making them if they turn out decent haha One day I will get to take my cake decorating class!
He absolutely loved it and that was all that mattered!
