We bought tickets to the grand opening in Legoland back in Grapevine, TX and had an emergency come up and had to reschedule our trip. We couldn't get them to refund or mail our tickets, they told us just to call when we were ready to use them. I spent over a year doing this with no call backs, no email backs, etc.. so we move to Kansas and thankfully one was opening here so I requested to have them transfered and was told they would then no response for another few months. Finally after filing a complaint with the BBB we got our tickets and were able to use them after church today
and the kids had a blast!
