Beef and Bean Taco Casserole

super yummy!!

1 lb ground beef
1 can refried beans
1 jar thick n chunky salsa
1 pack taco season
2 1/2 cups coarsley broken tortilla chips
1/2 md green bell pepper
4 md green onions
2 md tomatoes
1 cup shredded motzorella cheese
1/4 cup sliced olives
1/4 cup sliced olives
1 cup lettuce


Heat overn to 350

In 12 inch skillet cook beef over medium heat until brown; drain. Stir in beans, salsa, taco season and reduce heat and bring to a boil.

In ungreased casserole dish, place 2 cups broken chips. Top evenly with meat mixture. Sprinkle with peppers, onions, 1 cup tomato, cheese and olives.
Bake uncovered 20-30min. top with lettuce and remaining tomato and chips.
