for our lesson about the letter T we did a few fun things.. made a Tree out of the letter "T" then we made a mouth full of teeth out of a paper plate, construction paper and mini marshmallows which was a ton of fun till the 2yr old ate it haha

Money Museum

Earlier this month we took a trip to the Money Museum! The kids had a lot of fun getting to see how money was transferred, learning about how it was made, making their own fake money and even got to bring home a bag of shredded money!!

In the past I have tried several different options to help gain a little extra spending money while still staying at home with my babies and every single one of them failed! They either messed me up with my commission, got screwed over by directors, weren't as rewarding, etc! So I never really shared those opportunities as I wasn't that pleased with them myself! And I tried everything from make up to toys!
At the start of the year I decided to try out selling scentsy! My husband thought I was completely nuts because so many people I knew sold it and he didn't think I had a chance at doing well at it at all. His reaction was "Oh no, here we go again. You're just going to get screwed over again!" And surprisingly it took off pretty well even with how many people I knew doing it!! I then moved to a new area and got nervous about that, being the "new" consultant in a small town but it has been a great way for me to get out, meet new people and I'm still doing well even in a new small town!!
So I have started to share what I do at home and the great benifit of working with scentsy with others because I want them to be able to share this same opportunity! Of course some are skeptical like me because they are worried as anyone would be but those who have given it a chance have been nothing but blown away with how wonderful of an opportunity it has been for even them!! So with that being said I have to keep sharing because I hate for anyone to miss out and anyone that knows me knows I'm totally honest and will tell you the bad too lol

Then you have this huge supply of stuff at home that you now have to try to sell to someone. Most of the time, it just sits and sits. Beef and Bean Taco Casserole

1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso® refried beans
1 jar (16 oz) Old El Paso® Thick ‘n Chunky salsa
1 package (1 oz) Old El Paso® 40% less-sodium taco seasoning mix
2 1/2 cups coarsely broken tortilla chips
1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
(3/4 cup) 4 medium green onions, sliced
(1/4 cup) 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
(1 1/2 cups) 1 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
(4 oz) 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 Heat oven to 350°F. In 12-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in refried beans, salsa and taco seasoning mix. Reduce heat to medium. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
2 In ungreased 2-quart casserole, place 2 cups of the broken tortilla chips. Top evenly with beef mixture. Sprinkle with bell pepper, onions, 1 cup of the tomato, the cheese and olives.
3 Bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted. Top baked casserole with lettuce, remaining 1/2 cup tomato and remaining 1/2 cup tortilla chips.
